We provide an easy integration of your CS-Cart ® shopping cart and other popular shopping carts inside a Facebook Fanpage.
Sometimes it's also called a Shop Tab for Facebook. The service is based on a month-to-month basis subscription.
Subscription cancellation policy for paid services
The subscription to our Facebook Shopping Cart intergration service is paid by the customer on a monthly basis. When you first buy our services you will be informed of the recurring billing nature of the services offered. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime by just writing an email to our customer service (see contact form on the website). We can not refund already and partially used services, it means that if a monthly subscription has already been paid, your subscription will be terminated automatically at the expiration of the subscription period.
Services offered
The monthly subscription includes the use of the shopping cart (shopping tab) inside Facebook including a update service of your products trough data feeds. It means that we synchronize the products in your shopping cart with your Facebook Shopping Cart. The update cycle is determined by the one chosen by the customer and the cost of these services are listed on this website. In a normal scenario we update the shopping cart as requested by our customer. If the customers doesn’t want to synchronize his/her products for a certain period of time, we will do so.
The integration of your shopping cart into Facebook includes also the placement of one (1) header and the translation of the Facebook Shopping Cart text into your language. You will have to provide a graphic file in one of the following formats: JPG, GIF or PNG. The dimension of the header must be max. 520 x 108 pixels.
If you want to have the text translated in your language you must provide the text in a standard text format such as Microsoft Word (*DOC) Notepad (*TXT), Open Office ecc…
The translation of the Facebook Shopping Cart in German and English is already included in the price of our service, for these two languages you don’t have to provide any text file.
We also provide other optional paid services such as: creation of a Facebook Fan Page, creation of a Facebook Account (if a customer doesn’t have one), banners to use as header in the Facebook Shopping Cart. These optional services are not included in our standard Facebook Shopping Cart monthly subscription. You can find pricing details in this website.
Setup fee
There is a setup fee (one-time-payment) for creating your Facebook Shopping Cart account and installing the shopping cart in Facebook. The pice for the setup is listed in our website. During the launch period of our new service we will not charge the setup fee. For the validity of this offer please check the details on our website periodically
Facebook Account
To use our Facebook Shopping Cart services you must have already a Facebook Account. If you don’t have a Facebook Account we can open one for you (paid service).
Account credentials
We may request you personal login data to your Facebook Account and/or your shopping cart in order to install the service and to create the data feed file necessary to export your products to Facebook Shopping Cart. As a general rule we will request you to provide only temporary access credentials needed to install our services. After the installation of the Facebook Shopping Cart you must change your password and we will have no access to your account anymore. We will keep all your personal information strictly private and will use this information for the sole scope of installing your Facebook Shopping Cart and to create the data feeds.
Facebook terms of use
In using your Facebook Account you must comply with the terms of use described in Facebook and follow their guidelines. We are not responsible for any violation of the such terms and regulations by our users.
